Swinging Angel Welcome to the world of appliques, inspired by the popular smocked figures from Ellen McCarn English Smocking Designs. The hand-cut pieces are made of high quality perma press fabrics, pre-fused, and ready to press, sew and wear! Appliques are mounted on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of card stock (consider this when approximating size and placement of figures). Detailed instructions, along with placement diagram for pieces, are includedand additional instructions when necessary.
