Returns- Please understand not all of our products are eligible for return/exchange. We cannot accept returns for items that are subject to copyright laws (such as: patterns, books, smocking plates, DVDs, and CDs). Additionally, fabric, lace, trim and any other items sold by the yard may not be returned. If an item is defective or sent in error, we will replace with the exact item if it is still available. Items eligible for exchange must be exchanged or returned for store credit within fourteen (14) days of shipping and must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call for approval prior to returning merchandise. Fulfillment & Shipping All orders are fulfilled in-store within 1 to 3 business days and are shipped USPS or UPS. Most orders are received in 7-10 business days depending on shipping locations. All items bought on sale are final and are not eligible for cancellation. Upon canceling your order you will receive a full refund to your method of payment within 3 business days.
